Buffalo Chicken Wings

Lasagna 

Bolognese made with grass-fed beef, layered with mozzarella cheese, herbed ricotta and

 homemade lasagna noodles.  $14

 

Cajun Pasta 

Fettuccine pasta in a creamy cajun Alfredo sauce. $10

Add sliced organic chicken breast or 8 large shrimp $5. 

 

Chicken Fried Steak

Grass-fed sirloin steak, tenderized and breaded. Smothered in cream gravy and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and veggies. $15

 

Chicken Piccata 

Organic chicken breast with a slightly creamy lemon-butter sauce and plenty of tangy capers. Served over angel hair pasta alongside grilled asparagus. $14

 

Truffle Mac and Cheese

Cavatappi pasta and cremini mushrooms with Gruyère, white cheddar and truffle butter melted into a rich, creamy sauce and topped with seasoned breadcrumbs. $12

 

Cajun Gumbo 

 A big bowl with shrimp, andouille sausage, and chicken in a spicy broth mingled with tomatoes, okra, and the Holy Trinity…the base of any good Cajun dish $12

 

Surf n Turf $25 (Friday and Saturday only)

8 oz ribeye seasoned with our proprietary rub alongside 8 large grilled shrimp. 

Served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled veggies. $25

Split plate charge $6, includes extra sides, bread, and choice of soup or salad.

1/2 lb grass-fed hamburger patty (or Beyond Burger) on a brioche bun with lettuce, onion,

Fish or Shrimp Tacos 

Three tacos filled with blackened grilled halibut or shrimp with pickled red onions, and cabbage, and chipotle sour cream served on organic corn or flour tortillas.

Buttermilk pancake “taco shells” filled with choice of homemade whipped cream and seasonal berries  OR  whipped cream, sliced bananas, and organic peanut butter syrup.
